We are honored to welcome Keynote Speaker Rocky Geans! Rocky started out with humble roots and a residential concrete construction company - then developed it into a multi-million dollar operation with a highly valued team. He has taught concrete contractors from all over the U.S. on how to organize their business to increase profits with sustainable models that he will share freely during our Retreat.

Rocky is a regular speaker at the World of Concrete and other concrete industry events such as the ASCC Annual Conference, the Concrete Countertop Industry Conference, the Decorative Concrete Council, the Arizona Concrete Contractors Association, the Ohio Ready Mixed Concrete Association, and many others.
His heart- centered approach to giving back to the Concrete Industry leads him here, to the WACP Yearly Retreat, where he will speak on his successes, trials, and lead our group through an interactive seminar focusing on:
