Tim Kennady is the CEO and CTO of XrQ Corp, a technology-driven company specializing in Decorative and Restorative Concrete Surface Treatments, racing to improve the processes and techniques required to accomplish this at greater scale and accuracy. With a background that spans 14 years in this industry, combined with 15 years in general construction and more than a decade in high-tech, Kennady brings a diverse and inspirational perspective to our environment.

Before founding XrQ, Kennady contributed to the growth of several other companies in our industry. He was the Vice President of PDCI, a multi-million dollar, 10-state regional decorative concrete contractor on the west coast, and he also led RPM, a national service provider in the same industry, as President. His experience even extends into the tech sector, where he was the Director of Engineering and Marketing at Akrion LLC, a semiconductor robotics equipment manufacturer in Silicon Valley. These roles have afforded him a broad understanding of both the challenges and opportunities within all facets of our industry, from manufacturing to service delivery. His current passion and fervent hunger for knowledge in the emerging field of artificial intelligence fuels his excitement and imagination in what can be accomplished at XrQ as well as the industry as a whole.
