What We Do

Founded in 2022 and formed by women in the concrete and concrete construction trades themselves, the Women's Association of Concrete Professionals (WACP) was formed to be a place for women specific to the concrete and concrete construction trades to come for information, resources, support, mentorship, networking, skillset growth, education, and employment possibilities.

Through memberships and sponsorships, we will be able to provide education and training opportunities for women, as well as donation abilities to others in need.

WACP is a 501(c)(6), meaning we are a non-profit corporation that is designated to promoting our member's interests without the goal of making a profit. 

​

Realizing the lack of the above resources for women in our trade, we made it a mission to provide the missing pieces, and become the greatest resource for women in concrete.
